I’m writing to complain about a very frustrating vaccination experience. On my first visit for the vaccine, an older male staff member asked for my insurance card. I explained that I had just been there the day before and that my insurance information was already in their system. Had a package of smoked Guda cheese come as part of a delivery order. Apparently the packaging got perforated and the cheese molded. When I took it into the Vons store in Scripps Ranch Blvd, the store my wife selected for the delivery, the manager flat out refused to do anything and told me I needed to go to a different Vons. I was frustrated and left the store after leaving the cheese with the manger without taking a picture.
