Slowest pharmacy ever, poor communication with patients, insurance and doctors. They make mistakes and only fill prescrjptions when you call and remind them to do so. I cant express how terrible they are at their vocation. Quick update on if they improved or not, its been 2 months since post above. Short answer is no improvement, absolutely terrifying that they are responsible for my medication. Communication is terrible and employees do the bare minimum. Example 1: My doctor called in a prescription refill but the pharmacy needed more information before filling it, they let the physician know. However when I went in to pick it up, they told me they never got the refill request in the first place. It took a call to my doctor and a call from my doctor to the pharmacy to sort this out.
