For more then 40 years we shop at Vons @ 3650 S.Bristol St. Santa Ana Ca 92704 We love the store,unfortunately there is a guy with no name tag ,we asked for his name but no one help us,afraid? The guy in question IS SO RUDE,NO ONCE BUT MANY TIMES,ONE CASHIER THEY KNOW HE IS RUDE,HE WAS WEARING BLAC SHIRT,PLEASE CALL HIS ATENTION BEFORE YOU GO OUT OF BUSINESS, THANKS.
The pharmacy staff is attentive, friendly, organized, and professional. They are knowledgable and very helpful when answering questions and providing recommendations. A plus is the comfortable waiting room available for on-site vaccinations.
Items on sale, Wednesday. Thursday, No Items at all. As 2 works and they don't know anything. Look for another Items and not there either. So leaving the store with empty cart to put back. Shopping cart lock on me as I walk outside. Nice shopping date. Shopping at this store, over 15 to 20 years. Thank you. You about to lose this Customer. PS.. Bring old past worker's back.. They were very nice people.
