Pharmacy opens at 8 am, per the hours posted both online and in the store. Today it was not open at 8 am, and there was no signage to indicate when it would open. The clerk at the self-checkout lanes was sarcastic when I asked when the pharmacy would be open. She ultimately said 9 am. I returned at 9 am, and the pharmacy was still closed. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told that the manager had called in sick.
My husband went in for his flu shot and came out raving about the customer service he received. Shout out to the pharmacist Anthony Barrack for leaving such a great impression!
Went in to buy a birthday cake. Went through the self checkout. The cake had a barcode, but still needed assistance to purchase it. No came, no one on duty to over see the 4 self checkout stations. Waited, still no help.. one of the checkers offered to find the person that was suppose to be staffing the self checkout. But, still no one came. Went to an another store. Picked out the cake and went to self checkout. Scanned the barcode and no assistance was needed. Made my purchase and left.
