The staff doesn't answer the phone... I've called numerous time with no response. They refuse to refill my prescription and will not transfer it despite me trying to ask them. The vons pharmacy isn't here to serve the community and it's workers do not care if your health is adversely affected due to their neglect. Instead of offering alternate options or even an emergency refill the staff told me that its my job to "start calling..." if I wanted it refilled any sooner. This pharmacy is very quick and efficient! The staff is always very helpful and kind. I have been picking up prescriptions here for the past 8 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else, unless I had to. Thank you for your patience and persistent knowledge!
Absolutely top notch. Always friendly, always efficient... no matter how busy they are. I have been with them 2 plus years and they really take the stress out of it for people on multiple medications. I can't speak highly enough of the staff here!
