After leaving Urgent Care on Sunday 11/24/24, I rushed to the Vons Pharmacy on Scripps Ranch Blvd to pick up my prescription, only to find that I was nearly 30 minutes too late, the pharmacy had already closed. Since I was already inside the store, I called home to see if my family needed anything, and lamented the fact that I was too late to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist was very friendly, extremely friendly, and answered our questions. The assistant took care of our needs very quickly.
Just moved to California, been trying to get my medication filled for 5 days now, was told Friday by a lady that the person Saturday morning would take care of my medication, never heard anything Saturday. Just called and now they say nothing shows up for me. So thanks for your great customer service. Lmao
