I love this pharmacy. They’ve helped me manage a lot of weird situations with insurance and doctors. Everyone who works at this pharmacy has a unique personality. It’s fun getting to know them as you pick up your meds every month and it seems they get to show up as their authentic selves. I use the app to refill and it sends you a text with pricing. Really don't understand all the negative reviews surrounding a pharmacy. Both of the pharmacists I've interacted with are very knowledgeable, the staff is very professional, and often times very friendly. I've been turned away from getting medication before because I tried to pick it up a few days early. Was I frustrated by this? Yes. Was it a controlled substance and they're just doing their job? Yes. Very close and convenient, people need to lighten up.
After leaving Urgent Care on Sunday 11/24/24, I rushed to the Vons Pharmacy on Scripps Ranch Blvd to pick up my prescription, only to find that I was nearly 30 minutes too late, the pharmacy had already closed. Since I was already inside the store, I called home to see if my family needed anything, and lamented the fact that I was too late to pick up my prescription.
