Excelente atención
Worst pharmacy in San Diego. Team of totally incompetent people behind the desk who seem to have never used the American insurance system before. My script needed additional information from them to be filled but until I physically went to the pharmacy to check in on the status, I received absolutely no information from them regarding the need for additional. Absolutely adore everyone that works at this pharmacy. They are always ready with a smile and great, fast service.
I've been going here for about 4 years at this point and I only have positive things to say about the staff. Jay and Amy are top-notch and will always go out of their way to help you out. The only downside is that the lines can get backed up quite a bit. Now, with Rite Aid closing, it is already starting to feel busier. Hopefully that's something that can be addressed for everyone's sake!
The pharmacy team is always so kind and accommodating. They are very responsive and proactive in getting my medications ready and calling to remind me to pick them up if I’m a few days late. The only downside is the lines can get backed up frequently. Having more staff members could help solve this.
