Worst customer service ever! I called to fill a Rx since Rite Aid is closing… I called on Saturday, and the tech stated they could transfer no problem, just call the following day. Called back on Sunday and that tech was by far useless. She told me there was no way to transfer my Rx and the Dr. had to send a new one. I told her that it is possible we’ve done it before and the day prior, her coworker told me it was possible. Her only response is “I don’t know what to tell you.” Like really? Trust me when I say... Go wait in line at another pharmacy and just be on your phone. It's not worth not having to wait if that ladies working the pharmacy get WAY too involved in your medical business and start power-tripping over your medications and threatening to have your former pharmacies audited. It feels extremely hostile at this Vons pharmacy.
Doing a massive workload for the staffing and are usually quite good at managing this workload. Suzanne can get stressed at times but her wealth of knowlwdge is great ! Holly seems calm & steadfast. All technicians do a good job & try hard. We have used Vons Pharmacy for 20+ years.
