Terrible customer service rude condensending attitude, I believe his name is Eddie. Told mgr. I'm sure nothing gets done it never does but he should have a refresher course in customer service.
Vons pharmacy on Murphy Canyon Rd. seamlessly picked up a multitude of new customers when our local RiteAid closed leaving people with few options close to home. If not for the professional and efficient staff, particularly Suzanne and Holly, chaos could have ensued. Prescriptions continued to be filled quickly with accuracy. Kudos to the Vons Murphy Canyon team. You are all a much appreciated resource in our community.
