I wanted to buy some flowers at this store. The manager said the flower person was gone for the day, even though it was early afternoon. When I commented on this he became very rude. I asked him his name and he immediately put his name tag in his pocket so I couldn't see it. Then he accused me of being "violent", though I had never come close to him, nor done anything violent.
