Miserable customer service. And this is coming from a clinical pharmacist. If you want to be a 5 star pharmacy when a patient calls asking if their new medication is ready don’t tell them it’ll be 2 hours. Ask “are you close or on your way?” If so move that RX to the front of the fill pile and tell them “give us 20 mins”. They can never get my order right. The tech told me last time that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I waited 15 minutes and it wasn’t ready. I had to leave. Came back 4 hours later and it still wasn’t ready. Today I tried to get my prescription and they said it was sent back since it had been on the shelf too long. Yesterday was the first text I got telling me that my prescription was ready. The tech said I should’ve gotten a text to let me know it was ready and a reminder that they were going to send it back.
