I am unhappy with the service in this pharmacy . My friends and family including some physicians said the same thing and they refused to fill prescriptions here after a few encounters. This pharmacy does not need customers in my opinion ! But in reality, how can a business runs without customers?? I tried to fill prescriptions at this place for many years due to convenience ; however, I don’t mind to drive a bit farther but happier . I am happy to finally decided to transferred all my prescriptions somewhere else!
I have never experienced what these 2 guys are saying. Never a long line or been on hold for a phone call. They seem like they are mad for whatever reason they had a bad day. I will practically be in and out the majority of the time. Great customer service. Btw how is a Doctor going to rally his patients to leave their pharmacy? As a physician, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. They are consistently understaffed, which leads to long lines (both in person and by phone) and extremely poor service. This morning I called them as a patient about a personal prescription and was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. When I did finally get hold of the pharmacist, she told me that I should transfer my prescription to Costco or another pharmacy. Terrible experience. Prescription was sent in first thing in the morning. Came at 4pm and it wasn’t filled. It is a nausea medicine and I have been vomiting. The tech told me to wait and she would get to it when she could. Not much efficiency or compassion from these pharmacy techs.
I have been going to this pharmacy for about a year now and I have yet to have a negative experience. The pharmacists are always friendly and quick to help you.. especially Riza. She always helps me find a cheaper way to get my meds even when I don't ask. She has a friendly smile and warmth to her. Riza...thank you for being there and for what you do. I can tell you love your job and I wanted to recognize how wonderful you are. Many thanks!
