I am really surprised by the negative reviews. I used this pharmacy today for the first time and had excellent customer service. I'm with an HMO so I normally get all of my prescriptions through them but this was something outside of my network and a cash payment so I went to my local Vons. First of all, the pharmacy assistant (Riza) asked if I had a coupon which I did but totally forgot about. This was a very expensive Rx so I'm glad she asked in that it saved me almost $100. I am unhappy with the service in this pharmacy . My friends and family including some physicians said the same thing and they refused to fill prescriptions here after a few encounters. This pharmacy does not need customers in my opinion ! But in reality, how can a business runs without customers?? I tried to fill prescriptions at this place for many years due to convenience ; however, I don’t mind to drive a bit farther but happier . I am happy to finally decided to transferred all my prescriptions somewhere else!
I have never experienced what these 2 guys are saying. Never a long line or been on hold for a phone call. They seem like they are mad for whatever reason they had a bad day. I will practically be in and out the majority of the time. Great customer service. Btw how is a Doctor going to rally his patients to leave their pharmacy? As a physician, I cannot recommend this pharmacy. They are consistently understaffed, which leads to long lines (both in person and by phone) and extremely poor service. This morning I called them as a patient about a personal prescription and was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes. When I did finally get hold of the pharmacist, she told me that I should transfer my prescription to Costco or another pharmacy.
