I’ve visited this shared branch only a few times, but each time the front staff has been extremely pleasant and helpful. I believe the teller’s name is Natasha, very sorry if I’m butchering her name. But she’s very kind and patient during transactions. She assisted me with shared branch support along with cashier checks for leasing a place. Always a delight and the Bank is lucky to have her!

Came to this location to cash a check I received from the SCEA. A check I received for help with my fathers burial. When I entered the branch Issac greeted me with no customer service at all. I explained I needed to cash this check he told me he doesn't recognize the check and he's worked there for 6 years and never seen a check like this before he was very rude and cold and the way he was talking to me triggered me anxiety.
