I ordered a truck with them in Dec of 2017. I was told that it would be here end of Feb or beginning of March. I call on Feb 16th and they say it is here. The next day I get a call and they say that it was not my truck and they have no record of my order... So I send them all of the paperwork that they gave me and then say it will be here in April. I FINALLY picked up my truck on JULY 19th, 2018. It took 7 months because they "lost" my order...
Service writer Sandy is the best, when ever I need to take any of my ford vehicles in ford service or repairs they are available Short turn around, in & out within two hrs or less. Thanks
I have to say “kudos” to the service department especially Sandy. I took my car in Tuesday morning and was able to pick it up Tuesday afternoon. They were booked until next week but Sandy knew I had no other transportation to work. I recommend Vonderau Ford in El Campo. Thanks Sandy for such great service!!!
Not willing to work on price at all. Even if you are x plan, and a repeat customer. Nothing eco about the eco boost. Could have bought in Houston A LOT cheaper but prefer to buy local for the convenience of service. Therefore had to switch brands after driving Fords a very long time. Didn’t want another thirsty ecoboost and couldn’t afford a super duty with this dealership. On another note the service department is awesome and always took care of me.
