Used them for flooring in my million dollar dream house. Tile came loose and they sent the sub contractor out to look at it and he said they would repair it but to call him in a couple of months so the tiles would loosen up some more. When I called back in a couple of months they told me the one year warranty had expired. WOW!! Great company.
so we go to the website and it says they're open till 730, so I get in my car and I drive halfway across dyer, saint john, over to route 30. wasting plenty of gas in the meantime only to find that they close at 530 not 730 like their website says and to top it all off they don't even use an answering machine so when you call the phone just rings off the wall, you don't know weather they're open or not. thank you guys I appreciate the time you just wasted me.
I NEEDED FIVE INTERIOR PRE-HUNG DOORS, AND VON-TOBLE SIMPLY HAD THE BEST DEAL AND THE BETTER PRODUCT. THEY ALSO GAVE ME GOOD ADVICE ON WINDOWS THANKS
