RecommendedRecently updated a bathroom in our home. We looked everywhere in Lake and Porter counties for a new shower, from big box stores to boutique bath shops, found the best deal and quality at Von Tobel. I can’t say enough about Jim in the plumbing department. He helped us with EVERY aspect of this DIY project. We also purchased a matching sink and toilet. Thank you so much Jim for all your help and expertise, it turned out great! We even got a great deal on a grill while we were there. 😉

After a month we are still waiting on the installation of our gas fireplace. You ass holes suck. I will never recommend you to anyone. They wanted their money up front but making us wait for installation. Not even a phone call (yes I left messages). M.C. Store tells me Todd from the Valparaiso store will contact me but that was a lie. I’m done. I’ll never shop at this place again. Bad service.
I would give them 0 Stars if there was a zero. I bought a fireplace from them 12 days ago and it was to be installed. I have yet to hear from anyone at Von tobel. I have called and left three messages and no one has called me back yet. I would not recommend this store to anyone. If you need anything go to Lowe's even Menards but don't go to Von Tobel. Customer service sucks
We have absolutely loved dealing with Von Tobel! John in flooring is simply the best! He is so responsive and ALWAYS has a great attitude. He was such a big help through every step of our project. We can't say enough!
