I just started working with Theresa and I have already lost weight, gained energy and feel so much better! Her workouts are fun and she kicks your butt!
Theresa is a special trainer and person. She focuses on safety and then form. My wife and I have trained with Theresa for over a year, and plan to maintain our training indefinitely. We both are in way better shape then when we started. Please give her a chance if you value your long term health
