Cool atmosphere. Loved the bartenders. BBQ was good, limited menu til 4. Looking forward to checking out in warmer weather. Only negative is it is so cold in there every patron kept their coat on. Would have stayed a little longer but needed to get warm! Again, very friendly bartenders, sorry cannot remember names. One great guy from Ft Lauderdale and a friendly young woman were tending bar. Enjoyed the conversation on a Saturday afternoon.

I really wanted to like this place but I've had a few experiences now where service has been questionable, cooking times have been absurdly long, and if the food even comes out it is cold. It isn't every time but it's regular enough to cause concern.
Great food! An amazing experience and we will absolutely back. 36 beers on tap and the food was great. And the music selection was awesome...all 60s and 80s hits! The atmosphere at Von Elrod’s was based on a trip the owner took to Oktoberfest in Germany.
The wonderful thing about Von Elrods is that you can invite more than 7 people not worry about getting a table big enough! I was lucky enough to have a surprise party thrown for me and VE easily sat 30 of my friends no problem! Besides their obvious accommodations; Von Elrod's has a menu that will make any family/friend group happy (including my picky Dad). Go here you'll love the VE atmosphere, food and their large assortment of beer! Ill be back!

Love this place! Sausages and pecan roll were amazing, and atmosphere is friendly and chill. It was the perfect brunch spot for my boyfriend and I to enjoy a Saturday morning together. Can't wait to come back!
