I enjoyed everything about my experience except for the soft pretzel. This is probably one of very few reviews I’ve ever written not to absolutely praise my experience. However, I just could not let my disappointment of the soft pretzel go and I did a quick scroll of other reviews, within just a few posts I found the same comment. It’s just not ok to serve a soft pretzel that is exactly the same quality received at a concession stand ( zero exaggeration on that comparison) in a German style pub.
