I wanted to share my experience with your shop. This was my second visit due to some codes with my Volvo, and as a night driver, I usually arrive late in the day couple of hours before closing and I was apologetic and they guys said “we are here for you”. Got me in quick to check a charging issue which was a plus. Minus was they installed a defective alternator as well as the tech removed my fan ring support bracket and forgot to reinstall it. He then proceeded to toss it in the scrap bin to hide his mistake. When I called them to ask where it was and that the unit was defective there wasn't any good customer service on their end. Now will have to fight with Mack on their warranty. I may have well as gone to the TA that's how good of service they offer.
These guys aren't just my local Volvo shop. They are my friends who goes out of their way to keep the wheels rolling.
