Yesterday and today we used Vomac for a Def sending unit issue. We were originally told it should not take more than 2 to 3 hours at $159.00 per hour. When the billing lady Betty called she stated "They told you it would be 3 to 4 hours". When I asked for the final bill to be sent for review, Betty seemed to have an attitude, like there was an inconvenience for sending an email.
