I stumbled upon VOM FASS and was pleasantly surprised! The owner, Colleen helped me pick out the perfect olive oil from Italy, balsamic vinegar from Spain and those most delicious red blend of wine I have had in awhile...and the wine was only $9!! I love that they carefully choose their wine from family owned vineyards. I also tried a few liqueurs that I absolutely loved...especially the grapefruit one. I saw VOM FASS next to my local Trader Joe's and decided to stop in with some friends. The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. They helped us sample the flavors we were intrigued by, and also created some blends for us to taste. Everything was delicious! Came in here with a group of friends and had a blast! The owners are incredibly knowledgable, friendly and the selection is I paralleled. They had lots of spirits to taste, pasta, oils, vinegars, liqueurs, wine, etc. A chef's playground!
I have been to the store twice now. They have a great boutique selection of wine. The staff is passionate and very well informed about the great products they carry. For those who like to experience new flavors, ways to cook great meals or buy a great gift for the foodie in your life- You will love this place.
This place has an amazing selection of liqueurs and spirits. I had six different samples and ended up walking out with the Hot Pepper Vodka. When they say hot, they mean hot!!!! It mixes well with plain tomato juice for a Bloody Mary. :D The customer service was great, for those that are environmentally aware, the store allows for the reuse of their containers! So once the liqueur of your choice is done for (which won't take very long, given the excellent quality), bring it back to refill with a Balsamic Vinegar or a flavour... read more
Vom Fass is an amazing experience. They have unique oils and vinegars along with craft spirits. You get to taste before you buy and the best part is that you can buy in different amounts. The owners are knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back!
