BEWARE! This dealer's auto shop tried to scam my husband out of, no joke, $1,100 BEFORE DIAGNOSING ANYTHING. It was a $220 diagnostic fee (before tax), and then $845 got tacked onto that for a dead battery (???) and getting access to the GEAR SHIFT. The battery died because the key was stuck in the ignition, which the shop was well informed of. Worst service team. DO NOT BUY a VOLVO. The cars have parts and software that can only be managed by Volvo service dealerships. My car was dropped off on Tuesday. I called daily for updates and received none. Was forced to pick up the car on Thursday as they are so backed up with service, they haven’t been able to take car to even assess issue.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at your Volvo service center. Your employees were unbelievably rude and had zero sense of how to talk to customers. The tone was completely disrespectful—this is how you treat people who come in for help? It’s shocking coming from a brand like Volvo, where one would expect professionalism and courtesy. Please train your staff better. Don’t delete this review.
