Worst service team. DO NOT BUY a VOLVO. The cars have parts and software that can only be managed by Volvo service dealerships. My car was dropped off on Tuesday. I called daily for updates and received none. Was forced to pick up the car on Thursday as they are so backed up with service, they haven’t been able to take car to even assess issue.
Extremely disappointed with the customer service at your Volvo service center. Your employees were unbelievably rude and had zero sense of how to talk to customers. The tone was completely disrespectful—this is how you treat people who come in for help? It’s shocking coming from a brand like Volvo, where one would expect professionalism and courtesy. Please train your staff better. Don’t delete this review.

Pathetic service experience… sorry to say but my car purchase experience was much better than my experience with ur service team . Spent $1000 approx. on my vehicle (XC 90) service last week at Steeles west North york dealership and the car handed back to me was totally dirty ( inside and outside) when i checked with the executive i was told that as per Volvo policy they dont clean the car from inside ( for that i have to pay extra for detailing) however no answer to why was the car was dirty from outside .
