Non-existent service Avoid this service department if you value your time. I called several times and left voicemails for Adam in service, but he never bothered to call back. Absolutely zero effort, zero follow-up, and zero care for their customers. Extremely disappointing standard for Volvo.
I’ve been bringing my car to Volvo Villa for years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Vincent and his team are consistently excellent. Vincent is a total professional—he’s always been transparent about what work actually needs to be done and never tries to push unnecessary extras. The communication is always spot on and they’re great about having the car ready when promised. I highly recommend!
