What a shame. My wife was duped into doing a 40K miles service on a car that only had 31K miles. So conveniently right after the 36 months free maintenance elapsed. They charged her $940 for fluids. I wouldn't mind doing to 40K when it came to that, but to take advantage of someone unsuspecting is low. I would expect that from some low level shop, never from a luxury car dealer. I totaled my XC90 and I have to surrender it to the insurance company within the week. So, I'm in the market for a new Volvo and am torn between the XC90, XC60, and XC40. I drove down from Poulsbo specifically to test drive the three cars. Unfortunately Bill Allen, the salesman we have been working with was out of the office, so I was "helped" by Michael Moyer.
