Sharing this to warn others: Over 3 months and 7 service visits, Volvo Cars South Bay charged me $8,230.03 and repeatedly returned my car in an unsafe, unrepaired condition. Over multiple visits, they failed to diagnose my check engine light coming on and charged me for unnecessary repairs (like spark plugs) that changed nothing. They then claimed—without proof—that my AC system was “contaminated” by my independent mechanic and pressured me into $6,003.96 in AC component replacements.
