Gave my XC60 for service twice here and the level 2 charging cable was in the back of my car, it has disappeared. Level 2 charger is gone and it cost $600 and volvo South Bay service department denies taking it out of my car, XC 60. Be careful, never give your car for service here.
Great experience w David leasing a new xc 60- I dread the new car process but w David I was able to do everything online and by text- and he even delivered the car to my home. Very easy, straight forward and delightful people to work with. Thanks for the great experience David! .
