I called on Monday and was told the soonest appointment was Wednesday. The Service Manager said, “if I get a cancellation, I’ll call you.” I thought that would never happen. However, I was wrong and he called later that day, got the car in, diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and got it fixed a day later. Job well done and exceeded my expectations.
James was a pleasure to work with. It was a seamless transaction and we love our new Volvo.
