Quality and Service This location has a beautiful lot of both new and used cars. My family enjoys this place because it isn't high pressure, the sales associates are always polite and helpful. You can just drop by and look and gather more information without feeling the pressure of a sales associate. Parking is good, the location is easy to find. The showroom is beautiful. Bathrooms are clean. Highly recommended.
Full service dealership San Diego Volvo knows the value of good customer service. They Sales department is very thorough but it is the Service Department that really shines! They have new and used car sales departments, a well-stocked parts department as well.
This dealership has no integrity when selling new vehicles. I was sold a faulty car in May 2020, very early on the car had ‘air bag malfunction’ alerts. The vehicles spent over 40 days in the shop while they tried to replace the entire SRS system. After agreeing to a buy back, (lemon law) the dealership still tried to advise me to take the faulty car and ‘resale’ it on my own for profit benefit.
