Visited your dealership with my wife last Friday with intentions of purchasing a 2018 S90. Unfortunately after standing around in the dealership for approx 1/2 hour and waiting for someone to acknowledge us we decided that this obviously was not the dealership for us. As of Saturday, fortunately for us , we went to another Volvo dealership just a few miles down the road and what seemed to be a whole different world we happily walked out of that dealership with a 2018 S90. Love them. So nice, respectful, and helpful... they delivered the bad news about my car (which I knew about) in a kind, understanding manner. They helped with alternative options too! Palisades Volvo is gone (oh well) and White Plains Volvo is sorta brash.... def go to Ramsey. Fyi... I've owned only Volvo's for nearly 30 yrs... I know this market!
