DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I took my car in for a check engine light inspection, and also had my AC checked, but since the car was not making any noise or driving differently , I decided to take it to another mechanic due to the high prices quoted .Now after picking up my car , it’s driving differently and making noise, so I called them to asks what was wrong with my car and they told me to drive it for a few days and it should go back to normal , which I knew wasn’t true .
Service Department is incompetent.
I have been trying to purchase a vehicle for 2 months. Days of no contact, confusion on their stock and just the general feeling of not really caring except when they want to. I have been waiting 7 business days to get an answer. If you’re in the area and looking to buy, go to capital volvo. They actually respond, price their vehicles much better and have a CPO program with genuine stock.
DO NOT USE THE SERVICE DEPARMENT! Horrible place for service. I specifically told service that if the work wasn't covered under warranty I did not won't it worked on. I did not want to spend money on the vehicle. After I was assured by Dave the work and parts would be covered, I received a call stating it wasn't coved and I owe them 757.00, AND NOTHING WAS REPAIRED.
