We purchased a brand new 2024 VOLVO in a wonderful dealership in Greensboro, NC. We didn't realize that you would not be given good service when you move to another state based on where you purchased your vehicle. I have had multiple issues with the check engine light coming on. I have always been told this is a major issue and to obtain service right away. I called this dealership to see if they had the Volvo that I wanted. Blair was very nice and seemed to want to help me. They didn't have the exact vehicle that I wanted, so he told me he would do a search and call me back. After he thought that he had hung up the call, he proceeded to tell someone that there was no way he was calling "that lady" back and that I was looking for a unicorn and several other disparaging words. We had a very good experience with David. He answered all our questions and gave us a good price without the high pressure. Walked out with a great new vehicle.. Up-date, we had to bring the car in for a check engine light & low power. Jeremy got us in quickly. Up-date.. Came in for oil & filter change. David got me taken care of quickly. A very plesent experience again..
