My experience at Volvo Palo Alto was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. We had a confirmed appointment for a specific car with Sohee on a Saturday morning, but upon arrival, we discovered the car we wanted was no longer there. Instead, Sohee offered us a different vehicle that was washed but still wet. While it was similar, it lacked features like the blackout package and Polestar that we were specifically interested in. I had an excellent experience at Volvo Palo Alto when I brought my car in for its first-year maintenance. Drew, the service advisor, arranged a complimentary Lyft to take me to my class and pick me up after it ended, while the team worked on my car at no cost. My car was washed and returned to me the same day, making my first Volvo maintenance experience smooth and stress-free.
My wife and I found our new car at this dealership and are very happy with the purchase. We were not easy customers and Jay really bent over backwards for us throughout the process. Thanks Jay!
