Not very trustworthy or honest, the service department is very sales-y and no one seems to have any knowledge of the price points they're pitching. Not a commentary on the sales department themselves for the service department, well worth the drive to a different dealership.
Great experience overall with first scheduled service for our recently purchased xc90. Great appointment service and very friendly staffs.

It was quite an upsetting experience bringing my Polestar in for service. First of all, as soon as I walked in, the advisor caught me off guard by asking whether I had been informed during scheduling that the service would cost more than $1,200. Honestly, the way it was presented made it seem as though there were no other options available. I agreed to the service because I need my car to be reliable and well maintained.
