Very disappointed with the Service Department at Palo Alto Volvo. I don't know if they are understaffed or undertrained, but they have no concept of service and follow up. On April 19th, my 2024 XC60's electronics were acting up so I called for a service appointment. June 6th was the first appointment available. strike one. On April 26th, the problems escalated and the check engine light went on. I called service on the 27th and was told to "just bring it in".
