I loved my service advisor Raul C! He was so friendly and welcomed me with a huge warm smile, which means alot to me with the way the world can be these days. My only gripe and reason for 3 stars had zero to do with his customer service. I just wish they would make the intake area a bit larger, perhaps with some seating for owners checking in. I had such a good experience with Jason at Volvo Cars Palo Alto. He helped me with maintenance on my car and made the whole process so easy. He’s super knowledgeable and actually explains things in a way that makes sense, not confusing or overwhelming. I never felt pressured or like I was being upsold, which I really appreciated. Honestly, he made something that’s usually annoying and stressful feel smooth and simple. If you go here, ask for Jason—he’ll take care of you!
Staff are approachable and explain details thoroughly. Also free snacks and car wash with each service!
