Came to Volvo in Palo Alto just to get an idea of what they had and was surprised with many options. Met Jackie and almost caved into getting a used Mitsubishi but unfortunately got sold before I could make a decision.
I was exploring my options for electric cars and I came to Volvo Palo Alto and i was greeted by Jackeline, she was super friendly usually workers at dealerships are super intimidating but not her she made me feel comfortable exploring my options and didn’t pressure me to purchase anything right away. Thank you Jackeline I will keep you in mind when i make my decision!
I purchased a Volvo plug-in xc60 recently, after a long search on Edmunds, Carmax and Carvana. After endless on-line searching, and meeting so many salesmen- who were either too pushy or careless/apathetic, it was refreshing to find a team who listened to our list of priorities and guided us to the perfect car. I was incredibly impressed with the respect and thoughtfulness of the team. Esther and Misa were so easy to work with! Highly recommend!!!

She’s an amazing ambassador for the brand and will patiently answer all your questions and show you the car of your choice with helpful tips throughout.
