We purchase our car from Volvo Military Sales overseas but picked it up in OKC at this dealership. The "gentleman" who assisted us insinuated that since we did military sales we didn't deserve the dealership customer service. Therefore our call was not cleaned and he would not answer any of our questions on getting a US software download or other US features.
