I left five stars two years ago. I would leave ten stars today. I turned in my lease in order to buy the EX30 I've wanted. Chris and Jake and everyone else made the process smooth, transparent, and absolutely **no pressure**. (I don't respond well to pressure :) They are the best combination of professional and caring. Everyone was up front, honest and friendly. Almost zero pressure, only a little pressure at the end to sell me an extra warranty. But the decision is the customer's in the end. I recommend this dealership.

Went in for recommended vehicle maintenance interval and everything went well with the work I authorized. The job was performed to specs, they kept me informed of their progress, I received a loaner vehicle (which I booked and requested when I set up the initial appointment) and my vehicle was returned to me promptly. What is a shame and constant downside is the ridiculously, extraordinarily, and excessively high cost of labor and parts!!!!! My service advisor Erika was a pleasure to work with though!
