I want to thank John Smith for taking his time to diagnose my S60 2015. I started off with a small leak, after a few days , advanced into a large leak evap system. Gas cap and leak detection was replaced, after which it advanced to large leak few days. John Smith, his team were able to diagnose the car and fix the problem, prior to this, have been to about 3-4 auto shops and no one could figure out the large leak issues, except Volvo of auburn. Today, I visited the Volvo Auburn location as I had trouble accessing my information on the Volvo app. I was greeted by John, who is the service manager. Not only did he make me feel welcomed, but he worked very hard to assist me with the Volvo app as it had technical issues. I truly appreciate John and his willingness to problem solve.
