Not that it matters if I would recommend them to someone because they are closed. No communication with customers about where to go for future service, or questions regarding vehicles purchased from them.
RecommendedCorbin was fantastic! He spent a lot of time explaining all of the great features that Volvo has to offer. He was professional and knowledgeable which made our decision easier. The entire Volvo of the Woodlands team was great to work with.
****Beware**** False promises and let downs from Volvo Cars of the Woodlands. There needs to be a negative rating option for this dealership. If you’re getting your Volvo serviced here, and not buying a vehicle from them, you are treated like a second-rate customer. If this dealership wrongs their customers, you must believe me there’s a high probability the situation will not be fixed. Expect excuses of all sorts, and your phone calls not to be returned. This is one hell of a good, customer-oriented dealership. They keep my neds and budget in mind always and make my Volvo ownership something I want to continue.
