Painless and efficient. The salesman Zachary Danhi was knowledgeable courteous and efficient. Did everything he could to accommodate my needs.
Excellent car buying experience. All the employees are pleasant and helpful. Sales person Zachary is extremely knowledgeable about the cars, features, and options. He, as well as everyone we worked with behaved with integrity. We were treated with respect and honesty. All in all we are very happy with the dealership and I would not hesitate to recommend them with the highest enthusiasm.
I recently bought a 2024 S60 from this dealership and had a great experience working with Eliana. She was honest and thorough and responsive. Jean-Paul also did a great job explaining the features of the car. Others at the dealership were courteous and friendly. I am very happy with the car and my purchase experience from start to finish.
Extremely friendly, flexible, and easy to work with. Very rare for a car dealership. I specifically worked with Zackary, who was super knowledgable and just great overall. Amazing experience.
Their sales service is great but after sales service worst then ever. The most garbage after sales service and specially their service center in 31 water mill lane great neck. 1 day job they are talking more then 14th days and no response from there support team. I am getting sick and tried. Before you buy Volvo please think twice. I made a great mistake in my life.
