Do not be fooled by the pretentious customer focused philosophy of this dealership. They are all about selling cars to the extent they do not disclose everything the buyer needs to know before the purchase. WE recently purchased a car, the dealership's advertised price was not the sale price on the windshield. They added "fees" to the price that was cleverly and obscurely displayed on their website. Yesterday, my 2025 Volvo XC90 was towed by Volvo Roadside Assistance to this dealership because the vehicle was shaking and felt unsafe to drive. The service department was closed, and the sales manager, Bobby, told me to mention his name in the morning so I could receive a loaner. When I arrived, Joaquin Correa approached me while assisting another customer. Although going to a car dealership is not typically a fun experience, Jay Youngblood at Volvo Athens made my experience buying a car a very good one. He helped me find a plug in Volvo (XC 60) with all of the newer safety features. Since I am 73 and haven’t had a new car in 13 years, I really didn’t know how to work anything.
