The sales experience with Owen could not have been better. He was such an easy person to work with in the purchase of our vehicle. We have a busy life with a lot of small kids, so Owen drove the car to our home so we could test drive it on a schedule that worked for us. Sam and Justin were awesome! They found our dream car and even drove to another dealership to get it for us. I think we agreed on a trade in and price in about 10 min. Great experience all around.
I gave my car for servicing mentioned car went to limp mode previous day. It was checked and told me there was no issue and regular service performed. Later I noticed Cruise is not working & got another appoint ment. Today after service I noticed 3 tires rims rims got teared ( found noticeable scratches). Very disappointed about the service and not sure what to do now.
