Eric consistently delivered outstanding customer service. He was punctual, professional, and genuinely prioritize customers' needs, ensuring a positive and valued experience. However, this last time when I went in and asked them to change my brakes and rotors which I had provided parts for and ask them to switch out the lug nuts to universal, They charged me almost $700.
