I gave my car for servicing mentioned car went to limp mode previous day. It was checked and told me there was no issue and regular service performed. Later I noticed Cruise is not working & got another appoint ment. Today after service I noticed 3 tires rims rims got teared ( found noticeable scratches). Very disappointed about the service and not sure what to do now.
sold me a lemon, i’m having so many problems with my car and when i told the owner about it because its a family friend he didn’t do anything about it. they gave me a car with squeaky brakes , electrical problems, water in my taillight and sensor problems. RUN DO NOT SHOP HERE
I brought my 2016 Volvo S60 in for two issues. Initially, I was quoted around $250, but the final bill was nearly $500 without any communication about the additional charges. When I raised concerns, they refused to release the car unless I paid in full. I was told to contact manager, he said he will speak with the technician who worked on the car and get back to me, he never did, and never returned my calls. The Volvo of Frederick service team performed routine maintenance on my Volvo (oil change, tire rotation etc.). The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The team got me in and out quickly. My service advisor Ray kept me informed and up-to-date on the progress of work. Thank you Volvo of Frederick team!
