Great job outlining the features, benefits, and safety values of a Volvo. Walked in not sure Volvo was our No.1 pick, left knowing we will stop looking elsewhere. Car has been there for a while awaiting parts but they have kept me informed.
Same part broke on my 2019 xc40 twice in 6 months. This time it’s $1,700 to fix and my car has been in their shop for 2 weeks. I have called multiple times, left messages, and while on hold today they called back my husband stating it’ll be ready this evening. Basically meaning they’re doing it today…. I can’t wait to trade this car in for a new Acura! Thanks for the amazing customer service - same as the Wilmington Volvo!
