I recently leased a 2016 XC90 from them. When I picked up the car they did not install all of the software correctly. I reached out to one of the owners Rich about my experience and have yet to hear from him. Three months later this issue is not solved and the service department has also dropped the ball. I am now taking it to another dealer to clean up the mess by Mt. Kisco. Clearly the owners of The Premier Collection do not care about customers once the papers are signed.
Waited for 15 minutes on Saturday with not so much as a hello. One person in an office offered my mother a drink even though he was busy. Receptionist...didn't realize there was one. Found him and he was too busy on the Internet. Told me that people were finishing up and to wait. I did. Then 12 minutes later told me that nobody would have time. Did I make an appointment. Really? I wanted the XC 90 so badly. I took my money elsewhere that day. I take delivery of my new owned not leased vehicle next week. And it's not a Volvo.
