Nice folks, very easy to work with. I love my Subaru and am so happy to have a dealership and Service Dept here in Melbourne. I talked to every dealership in a 200 mile radius and Subaru of Melbourne matched or beat every price.
The General Manager and his Staff are a bunch of crooked liars! I drove two hours to get to this dealership after being told that they had me approved for financing and they would give me ex amount for my trade. I had everything in writing through email. It was even signed by the Gen Manager! After sitting there for about an hour the sales rep came out to tell me that I wasn't approved and that they don't know why there people would tell me that I was approved.
