Last week I took my vehicle in for emergency repairs, without checking my warranty they called to tell me that the damaged part has a X cost and that they have it available. When I tell them about my warranty, they check to see if it covers it and it turns out that it does. When they deliver the vehicle to me a week later, they delivered it to me dirty with grease in some parts and the front grill broken. Booked the service rather quickly and was able to use the valet pick up and drop off. Drivers were careful and friendly and Basim kept me updated with any issues and the progress of the service. Great service as always!
