We have been waiting for our pre-ordered EX30 for some time. Dennis has been our point of contact at Glen Cove volvo and has always been courteous, informative, validating/understanding about the length of the delay and has kept us as a customer when we were ready to bail (it has been almost 15 months since ordered). We are hopeful that when the car arrives, the service standard that Dennis provided will be maintained by all at GC Volvo.
I came for a car and was told the car is available and everything they ran my credit everything and next day sold the car to someone else while they told me I can come back Monday for the same car
