I was on my way to purchase this car and they sold it while I was driving to the dealership. Not even the salesman called me!! I would not recommend this dealership!!
The staff at Volvo were absolutely amazing. It was truly the best car buying experience that I've ever had. The sales person Michael was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, well prepared, and responded quickly to all my questions. Marie in the finance department was perfection in so many ways. This is exactly what everyone hopes for when buying a vehicle. I've purchase many vehicles in my 45 years of driving, and this was by far the best.
We bought a new XC60 from this dealer and might be one of the worst experiences we've had. First they gave us the wrong key fobs , we were told that the car had a feature that we wanted in the car. When it failed to work we went back to the dealership and they then told us the car DOES NOT have it. Also we were given the wrong hand book that they have failed to get us the correct one. The one in the glove box is for a S90. Awful way to do business.

Josiah followed up with a phone call and set up an appointment to look at the car advertised. The car was ready for me when I arrived. Josiah had knowledge of the vehicle even though it was not a Volvo. He is very professional, easy going and not an aggressive salesperson. Actually, it probably was one of the nicest car buying experiences I ever had.
