I want to take a moment to thank the Volvo team; Toni, Ashton, and Bob. I have a lot on my plate right now and the end of my lease crept up on me. This was quite possibly the worst time for me to have to deal with looking for a new vehicle, but they made the process so easy! These types of experiences are why I keep coming back to Volvo Gilbert.
Horrible service team….its a big mistake to have bought a vehicle with these guys ….pathetic service.
After weeks of relentless calls and emails - I made an appt to look at a few vehicles When it came time to make a deal I was told they needed to ascertain value of my trade in after a hour or so I had to an appt to attend and left dealership I never heard back from sales person or sales mgr and thought after all the phone calls and emails - rude is beyond my thoughts and how unprofessional this dealership is
I just took delivery on my 4th vehicle from this company and once again, it was as good of an experience as it possibly could be! Toni, Ashton, and Jaden on the sales staff couldn't have veen better! And an additional shout out for a great job done by whoever detailed the car...Finally Robert in finance was very comfortable to deal with in the final step of taking possession of my purchase. WELL DONE YOU GUYS!
