I had an amazing experience at Leith. The staff was exceptionally helpful and considerate. They strive for customer service. At no time did I feel as if they were just trying to get me to purchase a vehicle. I walked in knowing what I was looking for and the staff pointed me in the right direction with no hassle. No one else in Fayetteville like them. Definitely check them out.

After weeks of searching both online and in our area, we finally found the perfect car. Although it was over 200 miles to get there, it was definitely worth the drive to Leith Acura of Fayetteville! Mr. Tim Bradshaw and his manager Mr. Michael Baldon were wonderful to work with. The finance manager was also great and explained everything thoroughly. I have been a customer with Leith since 1998. The reason is because of the wonderful service I have always received from every aspect of the buisness. Management, Sales, and service are top of the line. Management is always willing to get you the best deals and will not stop until you are satisfied. The salesmen take their time with you and you never feel pushed into anything. The Service Dept. is fast and they do a number one job on your vehicle. I would give them the highest score possible. After having purchased cars from several dealerships over the years, I've come to appreciate true customer service which places the needs of the customer over the needs of the sales team. Being a first time buyer I was really skeptical about things. However, Cheryl, took the time to explain everything and help me along the way. This made me feel comfortable and well informed about what was going on. I got the car I wanted at a price I believed to be reasonable, couldn't really have asked for more. The customer service was also excellent, even though it took past closing to get my stuff done they were kind and rather patient with me.
