7/9/25: I have been trying to contact your service department since Monday, and it is now Wednesday, July 9, 2025. On Monday, I was told my information would be passed on and someone would contact me, but no one ever did. The exact same scenario unfolded on Tuesday; I spoke with Evelyn, who assured me someone would get back to me, but again, I received no call. Volvo, they are very good to sell cars, but the service is horrible, you try to call to get updates on your repair vehicle and never answer, leave a voicemail and never get a call back even the operator or the sells department will take the message and will never get and update, to pay a high price for a luxury vehicle they provide a cheap service, this is my first and last Volvo.
The Volvo of Edinburg deserves less than the one star on this review. This was the WORST experience - no communication from the service department and the staff looks like they don't care. I left my vehicle for a software update but was told that they couldn't figure out what was wrong after it had been there all day. I took the car back (again) for an early 8am appointment at the beginning of the week for the same issue, hoping there would be a resolution. Where do I start with the lack of competency and customer service from this dealership? From the GM to the recent service advisor Edgar G., we waited over a week for a diagnostic and software update that was never done. Multiple inquiries on the status as well as having Bert Ogden customer service sending emails requesting information on the status on our vehicle with no responses.
