Great customer service today. Valet service for the 30K service. The associate wore a mask and gloves. The car was returned with plastic safety covers on the steering wheel and seat. Great job.

Rocco was great.. he took the time to show me several vehicles and test drive several.. The pick up vehicle day was timely and efficient. Rocco has a lot of patience with customers and very responsive.. he even responded to my calls and texts on his day off.
We had a very positive experience purchasing a car from Danbury Volvo. The sales associate helping us was knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant to work with. The car was ready for pick-up when promised. The entire purchasing process went smoothly and I would not hesitate to recommend Danbury Volvo to anyone in the market for a new car.
I want everyone to know what a great sales person Chris Martin is. If you are looking for someone who is knowledgable , honest, and listens to what you want Chris is the one for you. I was a sales person for Volvo as well and I have to say I was impressed with Chris.
This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Extremely Rude and disrespectful. I gave them over $22k last week for a Acura and they refuse to do anything to help you they just say it's your problem. So after 45 miles i just gave acura $950 they sell Garbage used cars the only time I heard from anyone was to remove my bad review!!! Take your business elsewhere
