Have been at same building and unit for 3 years this company purchased the building and immediately started raising our units rent only while not our neighbors and they are all identical, we have never missed or been late on rent. We keep our unit nice and clean. This company is very shady, I wouldn't reccomend them as a property manager/landlord at all. Stay away
BEWARE rent at your own risk. They never return calls or address issues. The views at signal mountain. I could write a book. Run far away from this place.
