They were amazing!!! Wyatt is so relaxed and comfortable with them. They are so nice and sweet to all of us!!!
We switched from a pediatric dentist office that was not friendly at all. We are so happy with volunteer pediatric and how nice they are. They are so accommodating and truly care. Levi had a hypoglycemic incident while at the dentist and they were so wonderful and took great care of him. We love them!!
Our kids are no longer terrified of the dentist, and I no longer feel that I need to constantly be ready to advocate for them. Staff is always kind, patient, and able to clearly explain to adults or children, and they are respectful of your choices. Suggested procedures are always minimally invasive, but with full information upfront about any possible unforeseen issues that could cause a need to shift approaches. I’m really glad we switched to this practice.
The staff are attentive and make you and the little one feel very important—from the time you literally walk in the door (there are welcome signs for your kiddo!). The environment is incredibly kid-friendly as well, and we felt like our comfort was a priority. Furthermore, the appointment was very punctual and informative, and we left the office very glad that we picked Volunteer.
The staff is amazing. Entering the office it is a nice, clean and inviting environment. Kids have space to play and watch a movie while they wait. The hygienists are amazing and explain everything that they are doing to the child so they are calm and comfortable. Jessie loves to go to the dentist which makes life so much easier!
My preteen loves this dentist office. She was not a fan of our previous provider. She enjoys the clean waiting room, does not have to wait long and that she gets to wear sunglasses and watch a movie! They are always great and recommend them for children of all ages.
I switched my daughter to this practice in July 2018. I am so glad that i did. The office is bright and cheerful and everyone from the office staff to the dentists are so nice and very helpful. My daughter has gotten great dental care and they hygenist and the dentist always explain exactly what they are doing so that she isnt scared. I would recommend them highly!
Great experience!!!! One of the dental assistants dressed up like the tooth fairy for Lilly. They give honest helpful advice!!!! Our dental assistant hung out with Lilly and played while I finished paperwork, if we move 500 miles away this will still be our dentist
We had a great 1st experience! We felt very welcomed by the greeting on the fish in the entry way.
