5-stars for the service of helping my daughter, but 1-star for the billing dept. (was treated with a noticeably rude tone on the phone, despite a very calm tone on my end). So I am averaging this review to a 3-star total. Excellent patient care, but semi-hostile billing phone call. A shame, b/c I hate to leave reviews with any negativity. Feel comfortable with needing their services, but if you have insurance/billing issues or questions, be careful on the phone with them - it can get rough.
I’m going with RG from a prior review with this Review as a Piggyback. I’m someone that went to All State Career School of Trucking. And Went to School for Medical Assistance. I have driven Front Seat in an Ambulance before. And from my view on this Company living currently on Ardmore Avenue. Born and raised. These days. There must be a better way to handle emergency traffic than the deafening sound of sirens. God forbid you live anywhere near a hospital since ambulance drivers will reduce the value of your home to zero, and cause you and your neighbors severe stress as you listen to the constant sound of sirens. Despite the fact that 75 Pa.C.S. 4571(e) limits the use of sirens to emergency situations, this and other companies blast them at 6 a.m. on an empty road.
