I really thought that the agents volunteered their time with this agency, but it's just the name of the company. The representative who answered the phone and explained the company name and what they do was nice and professional. I didn't get insurance from them but may consider in the future.
I would NEVER do business with this agency. They are completely unprofessional and even go so far as to hang up on people when they call in for information. They are unwilling to help with claims and I also know that they do not look out for their clients best interest when writing coverage for them.
If it were possible to give negative stars i would charges for roadside assistance after you cancel your policy to squeeze any bit of money they can and the owner Jimbo is the worst and biggest jerk youll ever know not to mention he will threaten to cancel your Insurance for no reason (which is illegal)
Jim is a great guy and an even better agent! Volunteer Insurance is your best bet if you are looking for someone that truly looks out for your best interest. Many agencies preach it, Jim Bohanan practices it!
