This company was scheduled to service our dryer due to a defect from a manufacturing company and did not show up. I called to investigate and witnessed firsthand what the prior reviewers commented. The man was extremely rude, unprofessional, and basically ended the conversation. Definitely would not use them as my appliance serviceman.
This man was supposed to come out on a warranty service call for our recently purchased Frigidaire diswasher. He called for more info and said he was only in the area on Friday, I said fine. He called back and talked to my wife. He was rude, unprofessional, told her to answer the phone when he called, told her we "had been taken off the list", and then hung up when she tried to ask a question. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY, save yourself the aggravation. They are a F on Angie's list.
Terrible service. Rude and not very knowledgeable. Will overcharge. They did not show up for the first appointment after I took off from work. Stay away. .
