As soon as we walked in the door, we knew that we had found the "right Vet" and his team are wonderful. We have had many bad experiences with Veterinarian Care in the Tri Cites area, from Kingsport, Bristol and in Abingdon Va. What a pleasant surprise to find such a great Veterinarian. Very Happy. I just wish we would have found this doctor earlier.
A dear friend told me about Dr. Presnell and I was very pleased. They got me in quickly and have been helpful with any questions i have. It makes me feel so much better taking my dogs to someone who acts like they actually like them!!
Patty at front desk and veterinarian (dad) were both very professional. Family owned business. Took me in on short notice.Very polite and listened to my concerns about my dog. I wanna tell you guys about Doc Presnell. He goes the extra mile to save an animal if there is ANY hope. The staff there is also amazing! Smiles and hugs even if the outcome isn't what you hoped for. we have been bringing our fur babies to Dr. Presnell & Dr. Burrows for over 25 years or more. we have always had such loving and caring attention to our pets that we would not even think of taking them to anyone else. we see the love they have for our pets in how they stroke & pet them as they are examining them. they have discovered the source of the problems that we could not figure out in our fur babies in this period of time. we feel that we are receiving the best care that one can receive from any veterinarian or clinic... read more
I am a long time client of Volunteer Animal Clinic, 35 to 40 years, and have always received the most excellent care for all the collies that I have owned and still own over the years at this clinic. I especially would like to thank Dr. Presnell for the excellent care that he gave to Miss Fancy, one of our rescued collies, in the last seven months.
